This Miso is made entirely with organic Austrian Pumpkinseeds, organic Barley(-Koji) and Salt.

We really like it mixed with fermented tomato salsa and pan-fried sweet-corn. It’s also great in salad dressings. Needless to say, it’s also a wonderful base for a pumpkin soup ;)

 

Aged for 2-3 months.

Unpasteurized.

    I used it for vegetable dishes and for dressings. Very satisfying taste – lovely umami. It is in a different league compared to even the good organic soybean miso bought in a store.
