Kuro sengoku is a premium black soybean variety from Japan’s Hokkaido region, prized for its unique, slightly sweet flavor and deep black color. These beans have been grown in Austria in organic quality.
They are suitable for for making Natto or Tempeh (though you will have to split and dehull them in the case of Tempeh). And of course in Japan they are eaten as is, cooked in stews for example.
