This Miso is made entirely with organic Austrian Pumpkinseeds, organic Barley(-Koji) and Salt.

We really like it mixed with fermented tomato salsa and pan-fried sweet-corn. It’s also great in salad dressings. Needless to say, it’s also a wonderful base for a pumpkin soup ;)

 

Aged for 2 months.

Unpasteurized.

We guarantee a best-before of 6 months minimum. In all likelihood it will probably be closer to 10 months.
