This Miso is made entirely with Austrian Pumpkinseeds, Barley(-Koji) and Salt.
We really like it mixed with fermented tomato salsa and pan-fried sweet-corn. It’s also great in salad dressings. Needless to say, it’s also a wonderful base for a pumpkin soup ;)
Aged for 2 months.
