Eight months ago we decided that we should make a smoky shoyu at some point. Shortly afterwards, a mushroom grower asked us if we are in need of any mushrooms, and yes, we were ;)
The result is an interwoven ensemble of mushrooms, smoke and soy sauce.
Excellent as an ingredient in stews, for roasted or grilled vegetables, with sushi, or anywhere else where smoky, full-bodied flavour finds its place.
Limited Edition: available while stocks last, for now. (And because we like it so much, we might even add it to our standard range 😉 )
