This is Barley on which Koji has already been grown. We used the White Koji strain for that.

You can use this product for making Miso or Garums for example.

It has been dried carefully at 45°C – to make sure that the enzymatic potential is preserved as much as possible.

Made exclusively with organic barley from Austria.

This product is best before 12 months from purchase. Store in a dark place between 4-8°C.

May contain traces of soy, wheat and nuts.
