Miso Chocolate

Miso is wonderful not only in savory dishes, but also in sweet ones.

In cooperation with the legendary Austrian chocolate maker Zotter, our miso now meets with fine dark chocolate, butter caramel cream (28%) and almond nougat (35%). Everything in organic quality, of course.

A little warning … this chocolate is addictive, once opened, it’ll be gone quickly :P

Ingredients: raw cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, almonds*, butter*, whipped cream*, cocoa butter*, corn syrup*, shiro miso* (rice*, soybeans* , water, salt), whole canesugar*, rock salt, fleur de sel – salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin*, lemon juice concentrate*, ginger powder*

Cocoa (cocoa mass and cocoa butter): 70% at least in the noble dark chocolate

* from controlled organic agriculture

May contain traces of nuts of all kinds, peanuts, eggs and sesame seeds.
