Organic Shiro Shoyu
Our shiro shoyu is made entirely with organic Austrian wheat, soy and salt.
This is the perfect sauce if you want to give your food a nice umami-kick, but not with the overpowering taste that supermarket-soy-sauces have. Subtle and complex aroma.
We guarantee a best-before of 6 months minimum. In all likelihood it will probably be closer to 10 months.
